The Dude on the Right
The key to winning a war has usually been being able to have a secret code. Back in WWII the United States tried to use Navajo Indian's language as a secret code to relay information from headquarters to troops. But you couldn't easily teach Navajo to English-speaking Americans so you brought the Indians along to do the translation. The problem was that you couldn't let any of these Indians fall into enemy hands or your codes might be compromised if they are tortured. This movie tells of the soldier trying to protect his Navajo translator. Friendships develop, but what do you do if you might need to kill your friend?

This looks to be a decent war film giving tribute to the challenges the Navajo faced as well as the sacrifices they made. I've said it before that I'm not a big Nicolas Cage fan, but he looks better in this role that most of those before.

There's more to come as I can find out about the movie.

That's it for this preview! I'm The Dude on the Right!! L8R!!!
