Well, Mia (Anne Hathaway) is 16 years old and very uncouth. Her hair is a mess, she's just a plain girl, and then she finds out she is actually a Princess. The only problem is that she is not Princess material - at least not yet. Taken under the wing of Queen Clarise (Julie Andrews) and some people to help her get couthed, we see her get transformed into a Princess.

This looks to be kinda like "Pretty Woman" except the girl is 16 years old so she can't be a prostitute. This should be a great movie for little girls and hopefully enough laughs and chuckles for the adults to enjoy. Julie Andrews plays a Queen, which you can really see, and the transformation of Mia from dopey to elegant looks fun. Boys might find it dopey but girls should totally relate.
