Meryl Streep and Alec Baldwin are divorced people, a marriage that didn't work because, in part, of Alec's character cheating on Meryl's. Let's advance a few years and we get the two people moving on with their lives only a nice meal turns into sleeping with each other. The problem: Alec is now re-married and Meryl is the "other woman." Enter also Steve Martin, who has the hots for Meryl, and suddenly it's a comedy of who will end up with whom, should people move on, yada, yada, yada.
The trailer does look funny, the cast looks great, and we know all of them can be funny. The movie will probably scew towards the older crowd, but hey, everyone can probably relate to the divorce issue and re-kindling a romance with an old love, especially when looking at it from a funny, outside perpective, so this should be a nice comedy for folks to catch over the Christmas holiday.
