Stu and The Dude’s Weekend Wrap-Up: A boring New Year’s Eve, a disgusting night watchman shack, and “The Producers” talk.

By:

The Dude on the Right

What better way to ring in the new year than with another episode of "Stu and
The Dude’s Weekend Wrap-Up!"  Yup, Stu and I got together to do a 15ish
minute discussion of our New Year’s Weekend.  Me, my Eve’s evening was
pretty boring, and Stu had his Pretty Lady’s parents in town.  We also did
a discussion about my seeing the new movie version of "The Producers," and just
how disgusting Stu’s old night watchman’s shack became over time.

As always, I welcome your comments.

Our Last Podcast of Oh Five, With Some Reviewing of The Producers Thrown In.

By:

The Dude on the Right

I’ll be the first to admit that this podcast is probably pretty boring.  I
even thought about just deleting it altogether, but hell, I recorded it, I might
as well put it out there for your boredom pleasure.  Pretty much it’s talk
about me spending New Year’s Eve at home, all by my dude lonesome, and my couple
of resolutions, or goals, or whatever you want to call them.  There is some
reviewing of the new movie version of "The Producers" for your listening
pleasure, but in any case, Happy New Year!!

Stu and The Dude’s Weekend Wrap-Up: Christmas stories and talk about “Fun With Dick and Jane.”

By:

The Dude on the Right

In this episode of "Stu and The Dude’s Weekend Wrap-Up," it’s actually a
Christmas Weekend wrap-up.  Sadly there was another death to a parent of
one of our friends, but for the most part, Stu recapped how getting a garbage
can for Christmas can be a good thing and how his son saw Santa, I talked about
how cash is a great Christmas gift, and we both discussed the movie "Fun With
Dick & Jane
."  I also started explaining to Stu how I have ruined "Santa
Clause is Coming to Town" and "The Year Without a Santa Clause" for my nephew,
and since then I’ve been informed that it’s Jingle and not Jangle who may have
been Flavor Flav’s major influence.  We’ve still got some audio issues
going on, but they’re getting better, I think.  Hope you had a nice
holiday, or at least the day off, for whomever you are.

As always, I welcome your comments.

Our Mobile Podcast Studio, “The Family Stone” Could Have Been Better, and Go See “King Kong.”

By:

The Dude on the Right

I finally finished my initial vision of my mobile podcast studio, and this
podcast was made using that same "studio," I wonder why people aren’t going to
see "King
Kong
," and "The
Family Stone
" could have been such a better film without the easy, cheesy,
tear-jerker sub-plot.  If this mobile podcast studio works like I hope,
we’ll have Monday podcasts of "Stu and The Dude’s Weekend Wrap-ups" and more
importantly, our Video Podcasts of "Stu and The Dude Review the Movies for You."
Hopefully not our last podcast of 2005, but here’s hoping 2006 eclipses your
2005 in any aspect.

As always, I welcome your comments.

Radio Shack is Slipping, How to Lose A Million Dollars on “Survivor,” and a Quick “King Kong” Review.

By:

The Dude on the Right

Shopping today, I was disappointed at a couple of Radio Shacks I visited,
especially since
I
used to manage one
, and that’s my first podcast topic.  Most of the
podcast, though, deals with how to lose a million dollars on "Survivor,"
and a little bit on how much I’m in love with
Naomi Watts,
and loved "King
Kong
."

“60 Minutes,” “Aeon Flux,” and an Ode to Bill

By:

The Dude on the Right

I’m getting frustrated by winter already, but that’s a story for another
podcast.  This podcast deals with the likes of the CBS show "60
Minutes
" and why do they insist on supposedly having it start at 7PM EST/6PM
CST during football season, especially since it is messing with my finale of "Survivor," you can listen to what I thought about "Aeon
Flux
," and listen to my Ode to Bill, one of my kids that I lost last week
in a tragic fish incident.

“Walk the Line,” Weepy During “The Biggest Loser, ” and Some News.

By:

The Dude on the Right

Catching up on my television watching, I admit, and fine, call me a "puss," but
I got weepy as I was watching "The
Biggest Loser
."  I also found a couple of interesting news articles,
but for most of this podcast, I talk about the movie "Walk
the Line
," and brought some totally
high-techness
into our podcast.  I found some classic Johnny Cash music, complete with
pops, clicks, and skips.  I’ve been a fan since
I was 2 1/2
, and loved the movie, but my podcast rambles a bit and forgets
to talk about my re-found love for
Reese Witherspoon.

The Edmund Fitzgerald, Cheerleaders in the Bathroom, the FCC, and Chicken Little.

By:

The Dude on the Right

This podcast is just a recap of some stories I found amusing and scary as last
week went on.  Here’s the link to the

entertaining Richard Roeper article
, a

scary article on the FCC
and their upcoming fine frenzy, I talk some about

Chicken Little
and The Wreck
of the Edmund Fitzgerald
, and I wonder what happened to
Nancy O’Dell
‘s eyebrows.

“A History of Violence,” “Flightplan,” and “A Hitchhiker’s Guide” reviews, plus some music review teasing.

By:

The Dude on the Right

Wow, we’re up to our

forth podcast
now, and this one has has even more music and we’ve got a cool
graphic to download it.  Slowly I’m getting the hang of this, now I just
need to learn to annunciate a a little better, but, it’s a work in progress, as
I’ve been saying before.  Anyway, this podcast has movie reviews of "A
History of Violence
" and "Flightplan,"
a DVD review of "A
Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy
," and some teasing of our next podcast
which will have music reviews of Bon Jovi’s latest, "Have a Nice Day," and I
totally hate to admit that I actually liked it, for what it is, but the "Crazy
Frog" CD.  As always, I welcome your comments.

A Quick “Just Like Heaven” Review, Too Much Television, and How Do You Pronounce “Zooey Deschanel?”

By:

The Dude on the Right

The third podcast gives a quick review of "Just
Like Heaven
" and why Stu Gotz thinks I’m a puss, some of my television
viewing issues, and just ramblings.  If you’re listening to these first
Podcasts, thanks, and feel free to send me some feedback, more technical like
the sound volume is okay, and even if you think my Podcasts suck.  I’m
working on it, and I’ve got some hardware things to fix, so hopefully they’ll
get better as we go along.  Again,  because I’m still working on
designing this entire podcast thing, in any case, if you want to subscribe to
