What about privacy issues?
Entertainment Ave! does collect information from our readers including but not limited to IP addresses.  The IP addresses are used for statistical and diagnostic purposes only.  Cookies may be used by Entertainment Ave! and our advertisers to track your visits to Entertainment Ave! as well as advertising statistics.   There are certain submission forms at Entertainment Ave! which request various information not limited to name, age, city, state, and e-mail address.  As much as we attempt to maintain security, our forms are not sent over a secure server and Entertainment Ave! makes no guarantee as to the transmission of the information to us.  We will not, however, sell nor give personal user information, specifically names, addresses, phone numbers, or e-mail addresses to another party.  We may, at our discretion, distribute age, gender, and geographic information to outside agencies for the purposes of  advertising support or analysis.  Any information collected from users under 13 years of age will be used for statistical and editorial purposes only and personal information from those under age 13 will not be given to any third party.

What about using photos or articles from Entertainment Ave!?
All material at Entertainment Ave! is copyright by EA Enterprises, Inc., or used under permission of the original owner.  Photos, articles, characters, or any other content from Entertainment Ave! may not be copied, modified, distributed, sold, or incorporated into another site.  You may provide a link to any page at Entertainment Ave!, however, any photos, graphics, or content available at Entertainment Ave! may not be viewable on your site.

What if I send you e-mail or use your forms?
We do our best to keep e-mail identities confidential, but make no claims or guarantees to this fact. E-mail addresses are left off public postings unless you notify us either by selecting the button on the mail form, or writing in your message that you want your e-mail address posted with your message.

All mail to Entertainment Ave! may be posted to the U. Said It! pages at the discretion of the Editors. Messages sent via our mail form will list all information given in the form except your real name and will not list your e-mail address unless you select the option to post your e-mail address with our reply.   Messages sent via e-mail of via USPS which are posted to the U. Said It! pages will not include personal identifiers, i.e. last name, phone number, address, or e-mail address unless permission is granted in your message.  All messages may be edited for content, with every attempt to keep the spirit of the letter in the posting.
