Common wisdom would dictate going
to the doctor, but if you're a cheap-ass like my buddy Weeze
then just cut them off yourself. I don't condone this but it
has been a cheap, temporary solution for my friend. Did I
say cheap. Hmmm... Maybe I didn't factor in all the medicine
he needed after his home surgery became infected. Do
yourself a favor, stick with proven methods and avoid
voodoo, potions, or home surgery. Just go talk to a
pharmacist or a doctor.
