So a family moves to this weird house, little Skippy
finds a secret room with a book that instructs him not to
open nor read it, so what is little Skippy to do? Of course
he opens the book and reads it. Suddenly he can see a new
dimension of creatures, a giant ogre wants to get his hands
on this book, and now it's up to the kids to keep the ogre
dude from getting the book and somehow get their life's back
to normal.
On the fantasy level this movie looks pretty cool for the
10 year old boys, but my only chance at seeing this movie is
if nothing else opens up against it, which right now is the
movie "Definitely, Maybe", which means I might be seeing
"The Spiderwick Chronicles" instead.
