A Preview by
The Dude on the Right
Chiyoís not have a good life so far. Sheís nine years old, living in a poor fishing town and gets sold to a geisha house. Things donít go too well after the sale, as her new owners pretty much treat her like crap. Even though sheís treated like crap, itís still evident that sheís a looker. Then her savior comes, in the likeness of a rival geisha, Mameha. Now itís time for Chiyo to be trained in the world of the geisha, changes her name to Sayuri, and everything is now going well for her, except, well, World War II happening.

I canít say this movie really excites me, but it does look like a well made movie, looks good, and the story looks kinda like a Cinderella-type of thing, sort of, I guess. Iíll have to see what else is going on when this opens, but it still looks like a good movie at this point, nonetheless.

Thatís it for this preview! Iím The Dude on the Right!! L8R!!!
